Customer Success:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as their main point of contact.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Provide customer insights to the product development team to drive enhancements.
Support:
Resolve user inquiries via various contact channels.
Analyze customer feedback and data to proactively address concerns and identify areas for improvement.
