About the job
Mission:
The Head of Delivery & AI Transformation will oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital and AI solutions from our portfolio startups to their industrial clients.
You will lead strategic projects, ensure successful implementation, and drive transformative change that aligns with client objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to bridge technical solutions with business impact.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the delivery of digital and AI projects across multiple industrial clients, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
Collaborate closely with startups in the OSS portfolio to understand their solutions and tailor them to client needs, creating scalable and impactful use cases.
Engage with C-level executives at client companies to articulate the value of digital transformation and AI, building strong, trust-based relationships.
Develop and implement frameworks for data integration, digital process optimization, and AI deployment, ensuring seamless client transformation.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to drive project execution, from design to delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Identify and prioritize new opportunities for digital transformation, guiding startups in the development of solutions that address client challenges.
Performance indicators:
Successful and timely delivery of projects with clear ROI for clients.
Positive feedback from clients and long-term engagement.
Growth in ARR through the adoption of solutions from portfolio startups.
Efficient management of resources and coordination of cross-functional teams.
About you
Required skills:
Mandatory:
5+ years in strategic consulting, digital transformation, or technology project delivery within the industrial or tech sector.
3+ years of experience leading complex projects, preferably involving, IT, Tech, AI or data solutions.
Proven track record of managing client relationships at the executive level.
Proven track record in managing complex IT/Digital programs at scale.
Strong understanding of data integration, digital ecosystems, and business transformation.
This will be important in your job, we’ll teach what you currently miss:
