We're looking for a Chief of Staff !

TLDR

Position: Chief of Staff Intern
Location: Paris 3
Salary Range: From 1200 Euros brut/monthly
Type of Contract: Internship (6 months minimum)
Direct Reporting Line: CEO
Job Description
Mission
You’ll assist the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies (Lean, Agile, AI). This is a rare chance to build cutting-edge AI and operational expertise within one of Europe’s most innovative investors, shaping the future of industrial tech startups.
Responsibilities
- AI Integration: Collaborate with C-levels to operationalize AI in various functions.
- Process Improvement: Help implement Lean and Agile methodologies in the product team.
- Special Projects: Support on high-stakes projects like fundraising, scaling frameworks, or portfolio audits.
  Required Skills
  Mandatory
  - 1+ years in project management or operations.
  - Experience in startups, consulting, or technology-driven environments.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  - Experience in building and/or scaling something on your own, whether a personal or group project.
    This will be important in your job, we’ll teach you:
    - AI tools and methodologies.
    - Deep knowledge of Lean and Agile practices.

        Process Interview
        1. Initial Discovery Call - With Ksenya, Revenue Manager(30 minutes). Understand your profile and motivation.
        2. Culture fit interview with Maroussia, Chief People Officer (30 minutes). Focus on cultural fit and aspirations
        3. Business Case Evaluation - With Renan, CEO (1 hour). Test your problem-solving skills.
