Description
We’re looking for a Program Operations Analyst to support the execution of our talent selection and venture building program at Entrepreneur First.
As part of the local Paris Operations’ team, you will work closely with our Talent Investors (TIs) to curate EF’s venture building processes, delivering EF’s core day-to-day operations and playing a pivotal role in setting the founders up for success. You will champion EF’s unique approach to company building by enabling world class experiences for cohort members and alumni.
This is a dynamic and exciting role, with high levels of autonomy and the freedom to really shape how people experience the EF brand. You will gain exposure to all parts of the business, partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. It is a role that requires you to wear multiple hats and be comfortable managing projects end to end autonomously.
What you'll do
- Champion program success:
- Be the eyes and ears on the ground with the founders, you will own thinking around program content and how we structure the program delivery.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and deliver a world class customer experience for cohort members across every interaction and touchpoint.
- Support with CRM/funnel management, working closely with the data and tooling teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Activate and grow our communities & partnerships
- Deliver exceptional experiences including talent events where we invite a large number of potential founders, running an Interview Day, or organising an Investor Dinner to support our founders out to raise.
- Activate our Paris Alumni community, driving engagement and community. We have a diverse and thriving community of portfolio companies and alumni in Paris. This will include hosting regular Alumni events, refining how we communicate with our Alumni community and build out our ecosystem.
- Develop our partnership base through identifying the needs of founders and alumni and building and implementing a partnership strategy.
Who you are
- 1+ years experience in an operational role within customer-facing environments such as Program Management or Venture Building.
- Proven ability to execute projects from inception to completion.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in planning and managing events
- Strong passion for operations, data, tooling, and drive to continuous improvement
- Incredible organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once with attention to detail
- An analytical mindset and willingness to apply to day-to-day operations
- A team player mentality - you are motivated by shared goals
- A self-starter with a high level of ownership
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication
