About the job
Mission
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth for OSS Ventures and its portfolio companies.
Your role will be pivotal in amplifying brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting founders in scaling their marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for OSS Ventures, aligning with core business objectives.
Provide strategic marketing guidance and support to portfolio companies, including go-to-market plans, branding, and content initiatives.
Manage content marketing across various channels such as blogs, newsletters, and social media with 5 target audiences : LPs, VCs, Portfolio Startups, external startups for dealflow & potential investors
Collaborate with the acquisition team to optimize lead generation and nurture campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance metrics to drive data-informed strategies and adjustments.
Coordinate with external marketing agencies and partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Manage the investor communications with a quarterly investor newsletter & yearly LP events
Organize VC events & industrial salons
Animate an industrial community through newsletters, webinars & creating white papers
Manage a motion designer intern
Performance Indicators
Increase in brand awareness and engagement across digital channels.
Growth in qualified leads for OSS Ventures and support for the marketing success of portfolio startups.
Effective and measurable marketing campaigns leading to increased acquisition and retention.
About you
Mandatory
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy.
Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech sector
Strong background in lead generation, performance marketing, and data analytics.
This will be important in your Job, we’ll teach what you currently miss:
