About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join Seersite at a critical moment of growth and take the lead on building and scaling a core function of the business. As Team Lead of Client Solutions, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all team of client solutions specialists.
You’ll lead a team that uses the latest technologies, including AI, to deliver expert insights quickly, compliantly, and at exceptional quality. You’ll also be empowered to build and manage a team, and help design the systems and workflows needed to support a rapidly growing expert marketplace and research platform.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, wants to build, and is excited to shape how clients and experts interact in a new model of research.
What You’ll Own
- Build and lead a high-performing team across client service and expert engagement
- Run client projects end to end, ensuring expert insights are delivered quickly and effectively across formats
- Own expert sourcing and onboarding at scale, using AI tools and automation to drive speed, quality, and coverage
- Work directly with institutional clients to understand their research needs and deliver relevant, actionable insight
- Develop scalable systems, processes, and KPIs for expert delivery and client execution
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine platform workflows and unlock automation
- Maintain high standards of compliance and service quality
- 5+ years of experience in client solutions, operations, or expert engagement—ideally in an expert network environment
- 1+ years of leadership experience building teams and running high-volume workflows
- Proven ability to manage both client relationships and expert recruiting pipelines
- Strong grasp of how institutional clients consume insights and what they value
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- A builder’s mindset: proactive, curious, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
