25madison is a NYC-based venture capital platform that builds and invests in early-stage companies. We partner with entrepreneurs from the earliest stages to build breakout businesses at our Studio and invest in Pre-Seed to Series A opportunities from our Fund.
Our team comes from a diverse set of companies like Flatiron Health, Snap, Lyft, LinkedIn, Google, Goldman Sachs, and Daily Harvest, but we share a common background as builders and operators, with a drive to help entrepreneurs move fast and build generational companies. 25m Supply Chain is a vertical studio within 25madison that invests in and incubates software and tech-enabled services for today’s supply chain and industrial challenges.
This Entrepreneur-in-Residence at 25m Supply Chain will ideate, test, and validate new ideas in the warehouse management and optimization space with the support of our Venture Development team. You’ll work closely with our team of experienced operators and executives to validate an opportunity, develop an investment case, and build the solution – leveraging our people, playbooks, process and network. We will provide you with the initial capital to get going, hands-on support in the building process (discovery, UX, engineering, product, marketing), and continued advice and guidance as you launch and scale the company.
What You’ll Do
You will drive the creation of a platform that enhances WMS/ERP functionality through agentic workflows. With the support of our team, you will take the lead in ideating, validating, and bringing this company to market. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research with warehouse operators, supply chain managers, and other stakeholders to identify high-impact pain points.
- Validate the desirability, feasibility, and viability of proposed solutions.
- Develop and execute the business model, go-to-market strategy, and product roadmap.
- Design and run pilots to test the MVP and gather feedback.
- Build and manage the company P&L to ensure financial targets are met.
- Recruit and hire top-performing team members.
- Lead fundraising efforts and secure capital for growth.
- Drive the company from concept to launch and beyond!
Who You Are
- Proven track record as a co-founder or leader in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup.
- Strong expertise in product management.
- Background in supply chain and warehouse operations is a significant plus.
- Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to wear many hats and drive results in ambiguous startup environments.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising from VCs.
- Skilled at building teams and attracting top-tier talent.
Salary Expectation: $125 - 200K plus equity
