Headquartered in London and investing globally, we're set to launch a deep tech venture studio Singapore with the support of the local government. Enterprise Singapore is backing us to build a team and launch operations in Singapore.
The focus will be on deep tech and climate tech and we are looking for outstanding candidates who have operating and investment experience, deep founder empathy and excellent networks to join our new team.
We will be raising capital for a deep tech venture studio focused on commercialising IP from the ecosystem as well as launching corporate studio and accelerator programs with local organisations.

đź‘ŤResponsibilities:Â
- Establish an FF hub in Singapore
- Support capital raising from local investors and corporationsÂ
- Support FF companies looking to launch in Singapore
- Support existing FF deep tech program with Pico
- Develop ecosystem relationships with investors, founders, government, universities and corporatesÂ
- Lead the Singapore programs once funded, meaning:Â
- Hire world class founders and/or founding team members for studio startupsÂ
- Oversee building new startups, based on extensive solution prototyping and customer development
- Investing in existing startups annually for our accelerator portfolioÂ
- Identifying and unlocking the unfair competitive advantage from the Founders Factory networkÂ
- Managing activities of shared and dedicated resources across the Factory team to ensure success of each startup in the portfolioÂ
- Partner with internal resources from the Factory to create a holistic strategy and delivery plan leveraging the Factory playbookÂ
Key Requirements:Â
- Previous experience as a founder and/or angel investor in early stage technology businesses
- Genuine experience raising capital for an early stage businessÂ
- Previous experience in the Deeptech industryÂ
- Product experience taking an early stage business from concept to commercial launch
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a leadership capacity within a high growth startupÂ
- Previous experience hiring and retaining a world class team
