The Opportunity: InsureAI - Agentic Insurance Infrastructure
The pace of progress in AI development is unprecedented, and there’s a line of sight to autonomous AI-powered insurance companies. Providing insurance to customers requires a complex set of interconnected tasks using a combination of structured and unstructured data, digital and human interfaces.
We believe there’s a future where AI adoption within existing insurance companies rapidly accelerates, resulting in 10x better productivity - but for this future to play out, the insurance industry needs “re-platforming” and shifting from AI co-pilots to the use of AI agents across the insurance value chain. We believe this platform must be built by a startup.
We've lined up a pilot problem with global insurance titan Aviva, which affects the entire industry as a wedge issue to revolutionise the insurance industry.

What we’re looking for
- Experienced founder or builder capable of operating from zero to one
- Unique market insight, top 1% skills or other advantage that makes you a suitable and compelling Insurtech founder
- Proven ability to build a world-class team, attract customers and investors
- Evidence of thriving in ambiguous environments and a high aptitude for calculated risks
- A clear vision for the opportunity (including product direction) - with the drive and expertise to execute on it
- High IQ and EQ - strong opinions loosely held
- Technical skillset with focus on agentic AI - you like to build, get excited about process optimisation, and will have a perspective on long-term technical architecture
- Passion to disrupt a nascent part of a huge market - you have a strong perspective on the insurance industry with big ambitions to re-engineer it from the inside out
