Description
We’re looking for an Operations Associate to support the execution of our talent selection and venture building program at Entrepreneur First.
Your responsibility is to optimize and execute systems that enable talent selection and venture building program to run smoothly end to end from the first interaction with EF to the release of the startups into the market. You will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and occasionally manage complex projects from end to end.
What you'll do
- Setup, execute and improve processes and playbooks on talent selection, venture building programme or fundraising.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes in attractiveness, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Focus on customer experience and ensure that all projects and parts are providing a high-class customer experience
- Work with your global and local peers to find and develop new best practice
- Reliably execute end-to-end ownership on your responsibility
- Support cross-geo initiatives and working streams on talent, marketing and fundraising operations
- Ensure operational excellence and a high customer experience at any step of our customers journey
Who you are
- 3+ years of work experience in an operational role within customer-facing environments such as Program Management, Venture Building, Recruitment Operations
- Project management and stakeholder management experience
- Experience in fast-paced, start-up environments
- Strong passion for operations, tooling, and drive to continuous improvement
- Fascination with Venture Building and VC
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication
- An analytical mindset and willingness to apply to day-to-day operations
- A team player mentality - you are motivated by shared goals
- A love of learning and adapting to changing needs or circumstances
- A customer-centric approach that shapes your thinking and drives your determination to achieve great results.
- A result oriented approach and ability to to translate ideas into quantifiable hypotheses & action.
