We are hiring for the President that will partner with the founder to lead the business through its next phase of growth.
Role Overview
The President will drive the go-to-market strategy, product evolution and management of the company, positioning it as a leader in the executive peer group market. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in launching and scaling new software and service products. You will be responsible for shaping the brand, optimizing product growth strategies, and securing market traction that drives profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the approach. This includes market segmentation, positioning, and channel strategies aligned with our target audience of executive peer groups.
● Product-Led Growth: Lead the company in a product-led growth approach by focusing on user experience and maximizing value for users. Champion a feedback loop with users to iterate on the product, and ensure a seamless, high-impact customer journey that encourages adoption and viral growth.
● Growth Marketing: Oversee and refine growth marketing strategies, including content, partnerships, digital campaigns, and community engagement to establish our presence, increase visibility, and build long-term brand loyalty.
● Revenue Generation and Expansion: Identify and pursue new revenue channels, partnerships, and opportunities to diversify income streams and establish recurring revenue models.
● Customer Success: Design a customer success strategy that ensures executives derive high value from the product, fostering long-term relationships, reducing churn, and creating enthusiastic advocates.
● Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team with a strong emphasis on a culture that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and impact-driven work.
● Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary spokesperson, maintaining relationships with investors, partners, and customers while building brand equity and trust in the market.
Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in leadership roles within high-growth software companies, ideally with personal exposure to executive peer groups
● Go-To-Market Expertise: Proven track record in driving successful go-to-market strategies, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition and retention.
● Product Growth Mindset: A deep understanding of product-led growth principles, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams to iterate on product-market fit and deliver a superior user experience.
● Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights, shaping strategic decisions around growth, expansion, and revenue generation.
● Adaptable Leadership: Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and seizing new opportunities.
● Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and build trust with investors, partners, and team members.
